Our team's unique experience spans real estate, payments infrastructure, and the digital-asset sector — providing RERA-licensed property expertise with modern digital-asset capabilities and access to VARA-regulated payment partners to support high-value real estate transactions and digital-asset settlement. This expertise shapes our buy-side approach, providing every client with support across real estate and the evolving balance of digital and traditional finance.

Aaron Rasheed

Managing Director

Aaron leads the buy-side advisory. He has worked across the UK and UAE property markets — Ascend Properties in the UK, then haus & haus in Dubai — and has closed 26 high-value Dubai residential transactions between 2023 and 2025 for local and international buyers. He handles sourcing, valuation against recorded comparables, negotiation and the transfer itself.

Justin Kirk

Chief Operating Officer & MLRO

Justin is responsible for how your capital reaches a Dubai transaction and for the compliance around it. He built his career in cross-border payments at Klickl and PayTech Payment Solutions, across global banking, multi-currency accounts, FX, digital assets and custody — including payment routes built specifically for Dubai real estate. As MLRO he owns the firm's anti-money-laundering obligations.

Jack leads Revest's technology and digital-asset work. He joined from UST, a global enterprise technology firm, and has worked on digital-asset operations at scale. He is responsible for the systems behind a Revest transaction — how a digital-asset purchase is structured, documented and evidenced from first conversation to title deed.
